Embracing Challenges and Taking Initiative
- How have you confronted and overcome the challenges that you faced in the past six months?
- Where have you boldly taken initiative in your life?
- What valuable lessons have you learned from stepping out of your comfort zone this year?
As a fiery sign, Aries is synonymous with action. Just like fire can bring destruction, it also paves the way for rebirth, new opportunities, and a fresh start.
Instead of fearing endings or massive change, let yourself gently steer into them. Take a moment to center yourself and embrace the chances for growth and personal development that come your way.
Tracy and I have realized that our reluctance to let go of what no longer serves us has often hindered our progress. The more we cling to comfort and familiarity, the more we repel opportunities for growth, fulfillment, and joy.
This pandemic has forced us to release old ways of doing things and embrace change.
Now is the time for you to reflect on your life and identify the things that no longer serve you. Let them go and make room for new beginnings.

Full Moon in Aries Rituals
Here are some suggested rituals to perform under the Aries Full Moon:
1) Aries Full Moon Tarot
The tarot card associated with Aries is The Emperor (IV). It represents power, authority, reason, and leadership.

2) Releasing With Fire
Honoring the element of fire, work with the waning moon energy after a full moon by burning what you wish to release.
Write down thoughts, feelings, or habits you want to let go of on small pieces of paper. In a fire-safe container, burn the paper. Once the ashes cool, bury or discard them.

My Garden At The Full Moon In Aries
During the Full Moon in Aries, my garden is not in full bloom. The goldenrod has faded, and the asters are either at or just past peak bloom. However, mums, marigolds, and zinnias are still thriving, although the first frost of the season is imminent, signaling the end of the gardening season.
This is the time when I shift my focus from gardening to herb-crafting. I dry the herbs I’ve harvested from my garden and use them to create tinctures, infused oils, smudge sticks, and candles. Additionally, I collect the remaining vegetables and prepare seeds for planting next year.
For me, the full and new moons in Aries are intertwined. As I collect seeds during the full moon, I plant them during the new moon in the spring, a cycle that repeats year after year.
Reflect on the Full Moon in Aries and let it guide you towards embracing change, releasing what no longer serves you, and welcoming new opportunities.
