General Policy
These policies are applicable only to products purchased directly from the Letbricks.com website. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following options for returns:
- Return Merchandise Authorization: You can request a Return Merchandise Authorization within 30 days of your purchase.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
If you receive a defective product or it stops working within the validity warranty period, you can return it to us and we will take care of the return shipping fee and customs.
Note: Letbricks was incorporated by Chuang Teng Trading Co., Ltd. However, please be aware that the package is usually required to be returned to our China warehouse. Please contact Letbricks before returning the package to ensure a smooth process.

Please note that if the package is damaged or deformed due to personal reasons, or if you want to return the package after receiving the goods, the buyer will need to bear the freight and taxes.
We would also like to inform you that certain items are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if we receive them:
- Items not purchased from Letbricks.com
- Items without a valid, readable serial number
- Items that exhibit physical damage or damage caused by accidental breakage, misuse, or general wear and tear
- Items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the item.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process outlined below:
The RMA Process & Three Easy Steps
- Get RMA Authorization: Visit Letbricks.com and submit an RMA request. To obtain RMA Authorization, please send an email to our Contact US page. We will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. Your RMA request should include the following information: Order Number, SKU, the reason for the return, images (if applicable), and your preference for replacement or refund.
- Ship the return goods: Once you receive RMA Authorization, ship the return goods back to us. Please ensure that the return item is in its original packaging and include the shipping address from Letbricks.com customer service center, along with the RMA Authorization. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and providing us with the tracking number. Letbricks.com will not be responsible for any missing return shipments.
- Get the replacement or refund: Once we receive your return package, we will arrange for a replacement or refund within 1-3 business days. If you have chosen a refund, the money will be sent back to you within 3-5 business days. In case you do not receive the refund after 5 business days, please contact us at service@letbricks.com.
