Eh, I wouldn’t? Consider it bad personally because if you think about how, natal charts can be snapshots of the political climate of a certain time period – then I wouldn’t consider it bad personally (and also because Saturn is a social planet? It’s – not immensely personal but it can have a strong influence on the person and how they come up)
Generationally, it can indicate you being able to perceive how certain authorities (Saturn) may be opposing changes certain generations are trying to make. Making improvements against these mindsets/goals hard to reconcile, because they’re looking at opposite/coming from different environments/intents/wanting to preserve different things (Saturn opposition Pluto). You may be able to see both sides of the story, or you may learn on one side and refuse to see the other (opposition) – what matters is that when these are in opposition to each other – both may feel strongly about what they stand for (Saturn and Pluto) and what they’re losing as a consequence of moving one way or the other (i.e. progress vs conserve) which is where the core of the problem lies.
On a personal note, if you consider Saturn to be an important influence on your life (which is the case for Saturn-dominant people) – you may be very perceptive and adept at picking up when certain figures in your life do not have your best intentions at heart, or if they oppose your views on certain things. This may often be perceived as them threatening your sense of stability/foundation in a way, this aspect could point to the individual’s search for their own meaningfulness and position in life through their own research/discovery. Thus, any opposition that comes your way may often be perceived with them being ‘against’ you. Watch for defensiveness or black/white thinking when you ‘feel’ like others are ‘bringing you down’ – understanding that changes have to happen, and is constant in life, will also come with learning how to accept and be more open/willing to change outside of your own foundation/stability which could be helpful to you as well 🖤💖🦇
